What does home watch mean?
Home watch commonly describes scheduled physical checks of a home while its owner or resident is away. At Jaari, we call this Home Care: agreed routine checks, authorized care, clear reporting and help coordinating next steps.
Why regular checks matter
A presence when your home is unattended.
AC operation, heat, humidity, visible leaks, pests and perishables can change while nobody is home to notice. Regular visits help make sure these changes don’t go unnoticed, with clear observations and a report after each visit.
Water & visible leaks
We look for visible leaks and water damage, briefly run agreed accessible faucets, flush accessible toilets and observe drainage during normal use.
AC, temperature & humidity
We check whether AC appears operational and record temperature and relative humidity at agreed room checkpoints.
Kitchen, perishables & pests
We check agreed cabinets and permitted areas for visible pest signs, obvious spoiled food and unusual smells. Disposal requires your authorization.

Apartments and villas across Dubai. Standard prices cover 1–4 bedrooms; 5–6 bedrooms add AED 30 per visit. For 7+ bedrooms, multiple separate living buildings or an unusually complex setup, Contact Jaari for a tailored quote before payment.

Begin with the free Home & Access Handover after payment, normally before your first Home Care visit. Access is agreed and tested, with controlled custody. After each visit, you receive a clear report.

Validity starts on the first day of your service period. Jaari is not VAT-registered and adds no VAT to its own service prices. Cancellation and refund terms.

Questions about home watch.
How often should my home be checked?
We recommend at least one visit per week. The booking flow estimates approximately weekly care and recommends the smallest available package that meets that target and remains valid through your selected end date. You may choose another eligible package. For more than 16 visits, consider Ongoing Home Care or Contact Jaari to discuss the appropriate solution.
How do I give Jaari access?
During the free Home & Access Handover, Jaari agrees and tests the access method and records relevant instructions. This may be a key, card/fob, digital access or a customer-approved building concierge/security arrangement.
Does Jaari perform repairs?
Jaari does not perform specialist plumbing, electrical, AC, pest-control or other technical repairs directly. Jaari can help arrange an appropriate provider; provider costs are separate.
