Visits follow a structured process and your Property Profile: agreed checkpoints, recorded observations and a final secure-exit check.
Proof
Timestamped visits, documented outcomes, photographs and room-level readings make the care visible. Each finding comes with an explanation and, where needed, a next step.
Access
Keys and access items use non-identifying references, locked access-controlled storage and a removal-and-return log. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Transparency
No hidden fees. Published Jaari fees are separate from provider and material costs, which are passed through in transparency.
