    Choose your plan and service period

    Choose your service period, or a start date for Ongoing Home Care, and share property type and location. Select a plan and optional add-ons, then pay for your booking. Jaari arranges the complimentary Home & Access Handover with you after payment, normally before the first visit.

    Meet Jaari for your free Home & Access Handover

    The first-time default is an in-person walkthrough. We agree and test access, discuss checkpoints and restrictions, and record instructions, emergency contacts and permissions. You can optionally pre-fill Property Profile information after payment. Handover, service-start and first-visit dates are separate.

    Jaari schedules your visits and sends you reports

    We schedule visits, generally evenly across your service period. A report is sent immediately after the visit, showing completed checks, evidence, meaningful events, exceptions and next steps.
